Paul Bowser

Paul Bowser is the founder and owner/operator of KC Artistic Concrete and the foundational force behind the company’s standards, culture, and long-standing reputation. A veteran and career entrepreneur, Paul brings decades of leadership experience, practical judgment, and an ability to influence people through presence, clarity, and earned respect. His role extends beyond operations—he is the guiding authority that has shaped how the company thinks, works, and executes. From the beginning, Paul designed the systems, aesthetic direction, and expectations for craftsmanship that continue to define KC Artistic Concrete today. His vision established the framework that allows the company to deliver consistent, high-quality results across a wide range of decorative concrete systems. Working alongside his son Brayden, Paul serves as a mentor and stabilizing presence, providing guidance while the company evolves through refinement, technology, and process improvement. Outside of work, Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, rock and roll, movies, football—especially the Kansas City Chiefs—and spending time with family as a proud grandfather.

Brayden Bowser

Brayden Bowser is an owner and operator of KC Artistic Concrete, responsible for daily operations, project execution, and advancing the company alongside his father. His leadership is rooted in field experience, accountability, and an uncompromising focus on execution—ensuring every project meets the standards the company was built on. In addition to operational leadership, Brayden is driving the company’s evolution into a more modern, technology-enabled business. He focuses on systems, documentation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision making to improve consistency, quality control, and long-term scalability. By integrating technology into planning, execution, and presentation, Brayden is refining how work is performed, tracked, and delivered—without losing the craftsmanship that defines the company. Outside of work, Brayden is a father, sneaker collector, and creative with a strong interest in photography and videography, particularly in documenting real-world craftsmanship and process. He enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with friends and family, gaming, and hosting trade shows that connect sneaker collectors and local brands. His approach blends tradition with forward thinking, ensuring KC Artistic Concrete continues to evolve while maintaining its core standards.

Josh Bowser

Josh has been with KC Artistic Concrete for nearly 15 years and is a critical part of the company’s foundation and consistency. Starting with no prior industry experience, he developed his expertise through hands-on fieldwork and technical training, ultimately becoming a master epoxy installer. His longevity, discipline, and commitment to the craft have made him a cornerstone of the team. Josh is known for an exceptional eye for detail and a level of precision that can only be developed through years of real-world experience. He consistently identifies subtle surface issues and finish details to ensure every installation meets the company’s exacting standards. Beyond the job site, Josh is family in every sense of the word. He is a dedicated father of three who brings the same care, patience, and responsibility to his work that he does to raising his kids. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, trips to Science City, gaming, watching movies, and cooking.
